ATLANTA – A new TTV Capital Venture fund has raised $25.55 million of TTV Fund III, which is targeted at $100 million, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
TTV Capital, founded in 2000 by Gardiner W. Garrard III, W. Thomas Smith Jr., Sean M. Banks, and Mark Johnson, is focused exclusively on the technology enabled financial services sector.
Atlanta has a strong and varied tech financial services cluster, and TTV has invested in a number of the newer companies in the space.
It’s portfolio firms include Silverpop, Bill.com, Ftrans, FX Bridge, KnowledgeStorm, Magnet Banking, PayCycle, Controlscan, Cardlytics and Perimeter eSecurity, among others.




ATLANTA – FX (Forex) Bridge Technologies Corp., a provider of combined FX spot, CFDs, and options trading software, has closed on a $1.03 million equity financing, according to to a regulatory filing. The company provides an online trading platform for forex (foreign exchange market), options and contracts for difference (CFOs).
