Arlington, Virginia-based AlumniFidelity is an online fundraising company that helps schools and nonprofits quickly roll out an unlimited number of volunteer-created fundraising pages. www.alumnifidelity.com
Charlottesville, Virginia-based DiaKine Therapeutics is a clinical stage pharmaceutical development company that has licensed and repurposed its lead drug for diabetes (both Types 1 and 2) and related complications, saving six years in development time and cost. www.diakine.com

During the Breakfast, three venture capital experts will provide their insights on the current investment climate, recent investments by their firms and key investment criteria: Don Rainey, General Partner, Grotech Ventures; Sever Totia, Principal, Edison Venture Funds; and Ed Harrell, Managing Partner, Harrell Capital Partners.
