ELKRIDGE, MD – GP Strategies has acquired Milsom Industrial Designs, a UK-based company that sells technical publications and design services.

Financial terms of the all cash deal were not disclosed.

GP Strategies is the parent of General Physics, which sells e-learning, training and management consulting services.
