Triad Technology Partners lands $440K in equity

BETHESDA, MD – Triad Technology Partners, a woman-owned company selling enterprise technology to the public sector, has raised $440,000 in equity according to a regulatory filing.

The company revealed the funding in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Triad was founded in June 2009 by Tim Hohman and Bridget Dunnington as a womanowned
small business technology reseller focused on the public sector.

The company focuses on focus are Enterprise Asset Management, IT Service and Asset Management, Virtualization and Data Center Operations.

The company’s Web site says federal government agencies use its services to analyze needs, simply the ordering process, manage procurement, negotiate special pricing, administer contracts, manage maintenance renewals, organize and centralize software licenses, and maintain inventory and configuration data.

It also helps technology manufacturers match their solutions to government requirements.

In a statement about the company’s founding, CEO Hohman said, “Innovation is a key factor to the success of Triad Technology Partners. We plan not
only to identify and deliver innovative technologies to the Federal Marketplace, but
also to facilitate creative acquisition strategies between Government purchasers and
Technology Manufacturers.”

The company has offices in Bethesda and Charlottesville, VA.
