The Carolinas and Georgia are all contenders for a South Korean firm’s plans for electric car building facilities.

CT&T United anticipates hiring over 2500 people over the next 5 years as it ramps up its facilities, building zero emission vehicle technologies priced between $8,000 and $16,000.

California and Alabama are also on the company’s site short list.
