Atlanta-based Northridge acquires BE Consulting assets

pic_01ATLANTA – Northridge, which sells managed services in the areas of business intelligence, corporate portals (via Microsoft’s SharePoint) and IT infrastructure, has acquired the assets and operation of BE Consulting for an undisclosed cash sum.

BE Consulting, a Microsoft Certified Partner, is a business strategy and technology consulting firm headquartered in Atlanta.

It sells solutions for business process management, project management office development, program management and enterprise management services. It uses the Microsoft SharePoint platform as foundation for its solutions.

“The BE Consulting team and solution offerings are an excellent fit with Northridge as we continue to bolster our business and strategy consulting services and our Microsoft SharePoint-based solutions,” said Rob Patten, CEO of Northridge.

Northridge clients range from well-established firms to Global 2000 companies including industry leaders such as Acuity Brands, Atlanta Gas Light, Autotrader.com, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Emory University, Goodwill Industries, Microsoft, Newell Rubbermaid, Time Warner Cable, Verizon Wireless, The Coca-Cola Company, and W.C. Bradley.
