RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC – WorkSmart, an IT services and solutions company, has acquired Charlotte-based Carolina Technology Solutions.

Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

The company says acquisition of Carolina Technology Solutions is part of its plan to provide expanded IT infrastructure support and service to the metro Charlotte area and better serve clients in the region.

A staff of seven will be based in the Charlotte office and Greg Miller will serve as general manager for those operations.
