FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Jobsite123.com, which provides tools for construction site mobilization from office trailers to temp utilities, has raised $1.21 million of a $2.5 million round of funding, according to a regulatory filing.
The company revealed the funding in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Web site helps contractors find local resources and contact information when getting a new job site ready.
It provides access to local suppliers, local temporary utility providers, local permitting and building department officials and more, down to the county and city level.
Users can sign in to have the site save their project data or sign in anonymously and just identify the city, county and state where the construction project is listed.
It also provides contractors with job site mobilization to-do lists and management tools that make it easier to delegate responsibility for junior staffers.
The site offers premium listing services from about $29 to $99.
