TIMONIUM, MD – eBay has closed its $945 million purchase of Bill Me Later, the online payment system that lets people buy without a credit card.
eBay says it will combine the Bill Me Later product with its PayPal online payments system.
Bill Me Later allows online shoppers to give their birth date and the last four digits of their social security number to a Web site or call center and receive a bill in the mail later for online purchases.
