Innovectra scores $20M loan for online Yellow Pages ad solutions

VIENNA, VA – Innovectra Corp., a company selling online local advertising solutions to Yellow Pages publishers, has scored a $20 million venture loan from Toronto-based MMV Financial.

The company recently launched its “ActivImpact” product that provides Yellow Pages publishers with a local search platform, Internet yellow pages ad packages, lead generation sites, online videos, e-coupons, and search engine marketing.

Innovectra is backed by venture investments from Edison Venture Funds, which invested $3.5 million in the company in 2004, and Longworth Partners, which led its $4 million B round in 2006.

Innovectra will use this financing to continue to invest in and market the Company’s new ActivImpact platform,” said Tom Lewis, CEO.

Innovectra Corp. says it is the first company to publish an integrated electronic Yellow-and-White pages directory. Innovectra’s ActivDirectory, ActivSearch and ActivImpact products and services are used in more than 12,000 U.S. cities and towns.

The company’s directory publisher clients include Local Insight Media, Metro Directories, Ross Yellow Pages, Directory Plus, LocalTel, RH Donnelley, Community Yellow Pages, USA Northland and SureWest Directories.
