NORCROSS, GA–Intelligent Systems Corp. is selling its VISAER unit, which sells software to the aircraft maintance and engineering industry, to IBS Technics for $3 million.

IBS Technics, part of the India-based IBS Group, will pay anotehr $1.5 million in guaranteed minimum earn out payments.
