HERNDON, VA—Electronic Data Systems, which has offices in Northern Virginia, has acquired the assets of UK-based Nexagent, which sells hardware and software for managing network services.

Financial details were not diclsoed.

EDA, based in Texas, says the buy will increase its network servicing capabilities.
