XO Communications building network facility in Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, NC–XO Communications plans to build a network communication facility in Charlotte and will hire as many as 30 employees there.

The company will ofer IP-based voice and data services to local businesses.

Based in Virginia, the company is opening 6,000-square-foot offices in the Queen City.

XO has 4,000 employees and operates in 75 markets nationally.
