STERLING, VA–Cryptek, which sells identity and access control technology, has acquired UK-based Secure Systems & Technology, which makes rugged encryption and communications security equipment for the military.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Cryptek has also recently acquired Virginia’s Secure Systems Group, Canada’s EMCON Emanation Control, and New Jersey’s ION Networks.
