January 11th, 2008

DURHAM, NC—Motricity, which sells mobile content solutions, has sold it’s eReader Web site to New Jersey-based Fictionwise.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The sale is part of Motricity’s shift from selling content to selling software that allows other companies to sell content on cell phones and mobile devices.

Fictionwise says it will continue eReader on a separate Web site.
