ATMI acquires Kentucky’s LevTech for $27M

LEXINGTON, KY–ATMI, which sells materials to the semiconductor and display industries, has acquired LevTech, which sells disposal mixing equipment to the pharmaceutical industry, for $27 million in cash.

Founded in 2001, LevTech will fold into ATMI’s current life sciences business, which also focuses on single use containers for the biopharma industry.
