RALEIGH, NC – For the 3rd year in a row, the state of North Carolina was awarded the state with the “Top Business Climate” by Site Selection magazine.

The list’s top 10 states were dominated by southern states, with other selection including: Georgia, Texas, Virginia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Florida and South Carolina.
