ORLANDO, FL—Rocket City Enterprises, Inc. (Pink Sheets: RCTY) has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire PostInk Technology. PostInk Technology, a company that sells software to governmental agencies. Financial details were not disclosed.
PostInk has four product lines that serve the police, fire, EMS and hospital industries. The technology programs provide quality software that not only enhance productivity and quality of work, but creates a safer work environment. PostInk’s technologies allow police officers to patrol additional hours without physically working additional hours each week.
PostInk Technology also has developed and now successfully markets products that allow police officers, firemen, EMS and hospital personnel to communicate through a nationwide system.
Shane Rapp, President & Co-Founder of PostInk Technology stated: “Over the next few months, we will strategically plan and execute a marketing strategy with Rocket City to increase market share for both of our core businesses.” PostInk says it has $4 million in orders from 56 police agencies and continues to work with various governmental agencies.
Rocket City was formed to acquire, manage, supervise and operate corporations specializing in auction services, eCommerce, software development, technology and retail automotive operations.
RocketCity is an online solution provider for a variety of web-based platforms and offers proprietary software, technology, personnel and design solutions to hundreds of automotive dealerships around the country and additional partners throughout the marketplace.
