Georgia’s Recordant names new CEO

October 2nd, 2007

ALPHARETTA, GA—Recordant, which sells audio-capture technology for improving a business or organizations face-to-face interactions with the public, has named Christopher Etter as president and CEO.

Etter was previously the CEO and chair of IP Merchant solutions, a company which he founded.

In a statement, Etter said, “Anybody who has suffered less than stellar customer service will have an instinctive feel for the potential benefits of our technology, analytics, and consulting services. My job now is to make those benefits available to forward-looking organizations everywhere, and I believe we have the product and the team to do just that.”

Recordant allows retail stores, automotive dealerships, car rental companies, hotel lobbies or military recruiters –indeed, anywhere where employees seek a sales or commitment decision from members of the public – to improve processes, levels of service and compliance standards while training their workforces in best practices.
