ATLANTA, GA – Benchmark Consulting, a business process and application transformation company, has signed a definitive agreement to purchase Castor Technologies, an application modernization services company based in Montreal and Tampa.

Castor Technologies’ flagship product is an application modernization platform suite called IRIS (Intelligent Rejuvenator for Information Systems). It’s a set of tools designed to automate legacy application transformation and reduces the overall migration effort.

After the acquisition, Castor Technologies CEO Stéphan Bérubé will become the President of Benchmark Consulting Canada and will be responsible for all aspects of Canadian operational policies and objectives.
