HERNDON, VA – Virginia’s Center for Innovative Technology (CIT) announced that its GAP Fund will invest $100,000 in Tau Therapeutics, a University of Virginia spin-out focused on the treatment of cancer.
In addition to the $100,000 investment, Tau expects to raise additional angel investment.
The company is commercializing research licensed from the University of Virginia that will be used for the treatment
of ovarian cancer.
