Datacenter Inflow acquired
Denver-based datacenter Inflow, which operates a facility in RTP, is being acquired by public firm SunGard (SDS), a provider of business continuity services.
The acquisition is expected to be finalized in the first quarter of 2005.
The company says there will be little operational changes to it’s existing 14 datacenters.
Inflow is one of the oldest datacenters in the Triangle, opening up shop in 1999. Inflow was founded in Denver in 1997.
